Our team is responsible for supporting the personnel management of our HR department.
During your internship, you will have the opportunity to gain insight into many exciting topic bugs and get to know the operational day-to-day business in HR as well as innovative recruiting topics first-hand.
These are some of the challenges you will face:
- Initiating and coordinating personnel measures such as external recruitment, tenders, transfers or appointments
- Advising and assisting managers, employees and applicants on personnel-related issues
- Assistance in recruiting processes as well as participation in the introduction of new tools
- Creating or preparing various documents, presentations, evaluations and statistics
- Participate in exciting HR projects
