The Methods, Processes, Systems, and Transformation (MPS-T) team focuses on designing and establishing the strategic project "Sales of the Future," further developing the VAN sales systems, and on transformation and change management.

With your internship with us, you will support the establishment of the transformation and change management and take on the new topics that arise from the requirements of the agile work and project environment.

Your tasks in our team:

• Together with us, you define the framework for transformation and change in our team and in the VAN area
• Development and implementation of methods and models
• As a full-fledged member, you will provide holistic support in project management
• Independent organization and execution of workshops
• Preparation and elaboration of strategic decisions
• Communication of topics and measures to the VAN organization
• Support of the team in all operational tasks

• Degree in economics, business informatics, or a comparable course of study
• Structured way of working, creativity, analytical competence
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enjoyment of conceptual tasks
• Open mindset for new topics and in the project environment
• First practical experience desirable
• Confident knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Confident handling of MS Office; knowledge of JIRA and Confluence an advantage
