In this exclusive trainee opportunity, you´ll deep dive and explore various teams and topics within the wider People and Organization (Human Resources) context. While rotating through different P&O teams every 3 months for the first year, you will make an impact by working on overarching projects aimed at our grand objective of One team – One dream. You will be able to rotate and travel through our Frankfurt and Lisbon offices to have a global perspective of our P&O teams.
The goal of this program is to empower high-potential candidates to shape their future, by providing you the freedom to design your own career path. Your whole experience will be guided by a P&O Lead who will help you explore your interests and reach your full potential.
Are you ready to level up?
- You will be immersed in a 12-months rotation program exploring the different areas of People & Organization. Rotations will happen every 3 months in different teams of the P&O department (Learning & Knowledge, Organizational Development, People Development, People Processes and Intelligence, Recruiting, People Services etc.). Rotations can be between our Lisbon and Frankfurt offices.
- You will grow into a P&O generalist role a strong foundation of your future career in any P&O domain or as a future leader.
- You will lead your own projects that will improve the Emmies´ experience and actively contribute to the empowerment of People & Organization Strategy.
- You will be mentored by a P&O leader and receive qualitative feedback, giving you the opportunity to expand your goals to develop your own path.
- You are at the end of your studies or just graduated (e.g., Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Management, or any related areas)
- You already have some working experience in the field (e.g., internship) and want to start your career in Human Resources
- You are interested in experiencing different teams of the P&O department
- You are eager to learn continuously and create an impact
- You enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams with different backgrounds
- You thrive in fast-paced working environments which require constant adjustment to changes
- You are fluent in English
