The Senior Manager – Logistics Transformation is responsible for leading and driving strategic initiatives to transform the Logistics organization. Identifying opportunities for improvement, designing and implementing change initiatives, and fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability. Through effective project management, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven insights, you will ensure that the transformational efforts lead to sustainable growth, improved efficiencies, and enhanced performance across the organization.
- Develop strategy to transform current operations with a focus on safety, service levels, and operational efficiency
- Business project lead for our systems transformation
- Work with leadership to ensure operational and cross-functional engagement with change
- Embed structure and culture of data driven decision making and continuous improvement across all staff levels

- Transformation Strategy - work with leadership to define strategy, review current processes, systems and structures and create a roadmap with priorities, timelines and responsibilities to deliver change
- Change Management – ensure smooth implementation of change with clear plans, communication, identification of resistance and actions plans to overcome
- Project Execution – drive adherence to budget and timelines, monitor progress and course correct as necessary
- Cross-functional Collaboration – encourage teamwork, breakdown silo mentality and work to understand needs across all departments
- Performance Management – define and introduce a new suite of KPI’s to drive performance improvement and ensure actions result
- Continuous Improvement – encourage innovation and different approaches – implement and measure improvements on a consistent basis, ensure business is up to date on emerging technologies/best practices

Logistics TMS implementation/management experience and business transformation management essential
- Proven experience in managing and leading organizational transformation projects, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Data-driven decision-making abilities, with a focus on using analytics to drive transformational strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a results-oriented approach.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
- Self-starter with experience of working across varied teams and cultures
- Prince 2 and Lean Sigma Six - or other related qualifications for project management and Lean principles
- Good knowledge of TMS and other logistics value systems that can be used to enhance customer experience and drive operational efficiency
- Must be proficient in English and German.
