MISSION: As the Social Media Manager DACH, you create the leading social media brand for female empowerment in the German-speaking world. You will love about this role that you can bring your creative ideas to life without any restrictions. You will work closely with the Brand Owner DE, our Brand/Marketing Designers and our Head of Brand.

• You are our content owner. You develop the social content strategy for our German Instagram + TikTok account, in sparring with our Brand team, and plan the monthly content schedule accordingly. With support of our designers, you create visuals and write the copies, aligned with our brand identity.
• You breathe social media. You know your ways in social media, are familiar with common content formats, engagement strategies, research trends, and are thus always developing content further.
• You foster a thriving community. You are not afraid to be in front of the camera. You speak to the community, in stories, reels or live videos. You start initiatives with the goal of an engaged community, making our social media presence the safe space for sexual exploration.
• You work data-driven. You constantly monitor social media KPIs and own the monthly evaluation sessions. You track qualitative input by our community and dig also deeper into quantitative data.
• You support our performance marketing. You share social media insights with the performance marketing team and foster relationships with our influencer network. You support the paid ad team with content creation, as well as ideation.

REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATIONS

• Relevant working experience with Social Media (IG, TikTok) is a big plus
• Experience in a marketing agency or startup is a plus
• You are bold, real & creative
• You are open to talk about sex, pleasure, feminism, and everything else associated with our brand on Social Media
• You have a good sense of aesthetics and visuals
• You are German native and proficient in English
• Optional: You are based in Berlin or willing to travel to Berlin every now and then
