You support our team as
- Creation of QM inspection plans, QM inspection instructions and QM inspection process plans in the product field Supply systems
- Definition of inspection criteria and procedures as well as quality targets
- Planning and monitoring the quality requirements for supplied parts
- Implementation and evaluation of quality planning
- Understanding customer requirements and implementing these in quality control procedures
- Supporting sales, design and production with documentation and quality-related issues
- Contact person for internal customers, external customers and suppliers
- Working with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Checking supplier documentation for completeness, correctness and compliance with standards/guidelines (PED/ASME/Machinery Directive) and customer specifications
- Monitoring and maintenance of incoming supplier documents for customer documentation
- Creation and coordination of quality reports for supplier complaints
- Support in the creation of global quality standards
- Training on global quality standards
- Completed technical studies or a training as quality manager (f/m/d) with a focus on Quality Planning
- Work experience in the field of quality planning an advantage
- Knowledge of test procedures on systems (e.g. non-destructive testing)
- Knowledge of materials science (standards and the associated material tests)
- Knowledge of pressure vessel guidelines (PED and ASME)
- Experience in the definition and application of quality standards in plant engineering and pressure vessel construction desirable
- Willingness to travel on business
- Good written and spoken English skills
- User knowledge of SAP-PS, -QM advantageous
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Assertiveness, reliability, ability to work under pressure, strong communication and teamwork skills ability to work in a team
