Your tasks
You will support our team with various interesting tasks, future-oriented projects and our daily work.
Your support is particularly important to us in...
- examining legal issues, analysing case law and specialist literature
- drafting contractual clauses and legally relevant legal correspondence
- the review and identification of legal documents
- entering important records and documents into our document management system and being the contact person in case of related requests
- company law procedures, such as drafting amendments to articles of association, shareholders' resolutions, etc.
- preparing presentations and other overviews of legally relevant processes
Your profile
- Enrolled student in law or business law, at least in the 5th semester
- You are able to handle new technologies with confidence
- You have a good command of the Microsoft Office products Word and PowerPoint and are familiar with the common functions in Excel
- You are used to working independently and are interested in using and further developing your skills and abilities
- You show a high degree of willingness to cooperate, are team-oriented and attach importance to open communication
- You have fluent English skills
