We have an immediate opening for a flexible and dynamic HR Specialist as part of the Center of Expertise (CoE) Human Resources Legal. In this role, you will be responsible for all operational and administrative HR topics along the employee life cycle. In addition, you’ll actively support the continuous development and harmonization of our processes. You’ll be the first point of contact for all operational and general HR questions from our employees, managers, and other HR teams (e.g., BCG subsidiaries, Recruiting) in Germany and Austria. You’ll also focus on issuing contracts and certificates and on continuously maintaining and updating our HR tool (Workday). In addition, you’ll be our expert for letters of recommendation, not only drafting them, but also serving as a point of contact for the Group’s HR departments and supporting the continuous development of our templates for letters of reference and contracts. Active participation in the continued development and digitalization of our HR processes rounds off your area of responsibility. You will also take on your own projects and implement them independently and in a structured manner.

- You have successfully completed a (vocational) college degree, ideally with a focus on human resources, and you have basic knowledge of labor law.
- In addition, you already have initial professional experience in a similar position in a multinational company.
- You have a good grasp and understanding of numbers and data.
- Experience in working with cloud-based HR tools (Workday) is a plus.
- You are proficient in the MS Office package.
- Your written and spoken German and English language skills are excellent.
You'll be part of a seven-member team at the Munich office consisting of five fully qualified lawyers, one HR specialist, and in the future, maybe you!
