Communication Assistant for Frankfurt/Main (Urgent) in Frankfurt am Main bei infeurope S A / Fairmar Consulting GmbH

We are looking for a Communication Assistant to work for a multinational client in Frankfurt/Main

Start date: Mid February 2023

End date: 9 months, extensions possible

Main tasks:

• Assist with the development of communication materials – drafting short texts, searching for appropriate images;
• Assisting with the preparation of the newsletter – collecting information, writing short texts, formatting the newsletter in Drupal;
• Managing functional mailboxes;
• Gathering information on upcoming speaking engagements and proposing texts for social media posts, with accompanying images;
• Preparing a weekly and monthly calendar of communication deliverables;
• Managing function mailboxes;
• Supporting the smooth running of the Head of Communication and Information Network.

Education/Work experience:

• Post-secondary education attested by a diploma, preferably in the field of communication/journalism/international relations;
• Minimum 2 years of which 6 months experience should be gained in a similar position.

Computer skills:

• Expert knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint);
• Knowledge of Drupal (for website) and SharePoint (for intranet).

Language skills:

• Very good command of oral and written English (C1 level).

Work schedule:

• Onsite 40 hours per week from Monday-Friday
