In this environment, we characterize semiconductor structures using electrical measurements on wafer probers with a focus on reliability aspects of integrated transistors.

What you do with us

We offer a position as a student assistant or intern for the introduction of a new measurement software. You will

• familiarize yourself with the characterization of semiconductors on wafer probers,
• prepare the existing measurement setup for using the new measurement software,
• transfer existing measurement routines to the new measurement software,
• test the new software in detail and carry out measurements
• interpret the results and record them in a manual.

What you bring along

• a very careful and thorough way of working
• you have in-depth knowledge of the structure and behavior of semiconductor components
• you have basic programming skills and solid English skills
• you have initial laboratory experience, preferably in the analysis of semiconductors
