As part of our team, you will contribute to providing our business customers with an optimal customer experience on our platform and increasing their business success with the best possible subscription on Kleinanzeigen. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and together with our external service provider we are a professional and helpful partner for our customers. In order to further optimize our service, we are looking for you to support our teams as a
Working Student (d/w/m) Business Support & Quality Assurance
(from now on, for 20h/week)
What you'll do:

Supporting the quality assurance team of our external partners

Analyzing customer feedback and identifying customer needs to improve the product and service

Help improving our business customer processes

Updating and creating process documentation and customer communication templates

Close collaboration and project work with internal & external stakeholders to ensure the best possible customer experience for our business customers
Who you are:

You are properly enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences in Germany

You are fluent in both German and English (C1 and better)
-
First professional experience in customer service or sales through relevant internships or similar is an advantage
-
Motivated, structured and independent way of working

Strong analytical skills and a good basic technical understanding

Confident handling of IT systems such as Google programs (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Salesforce is a plus
