To properly advise Fortune 500 financial services companies in today’s world, we believe one needs to build a new ecosystem by combining the tech venture and product-building world with the technical knowledge of the Financial Services industry. We focus on three key domains: Cyber Security, ESG/Climate Tech, and Data, Analytics & AI.

Founded in October 2022 by the EMEA FS Practice Lead Partner of a leading US Strategy consultancy and the builder of multiple leading software companies; we are already bringing together the best of two worlds: deep functional Financial Services consulting expertise and robust understanding of how to scale successful digital product companies from MVP to IPO.

What you will do:

– Strive for change for our clients. You will support our clients and your project team with large-scale technology driven transformation. This includes, but is not limited to, business case preparation as well as financial and technical data analytics, creation of board presentations, project communication as well as technical solutions.
– Show us how it’s done! You will help internally with proposal preparation, evaluation of project budget vs. effort, organization, and preparation of internal and external meetings.
– Jump into the deep, we offer you wings. You’ll be given the opportunity to grow and take responsibility pretty early on in your career. You will learn what consulting entails from us and from day one you will apply and develop your analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, technology, and business management skills.
– Take everything you need from the “ALAIKA School”: You will work side by side with some of the best consultants in the technology as well as financial services.

Your profile

You are wholehearted about your life, your career, and your relationships and that is how you act. Consistently.

– Currently studying in an Analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Economics) at a tier 1 university (minimum 4. Bachelor-semester)
– Relevant work experience: You have some experience as an intern or working student in a fast-paced environment such as a consulting company, a top (VC-backed) start-up, or a fast-growing company, investment banking/venture capital/private equity.
– Huge appetite to learn in the area of Financial Services as well as Software and Entrepreneurship
– Languages: Fluent in written and spoken German and English
