Your profile:*

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Social Media Manager (f/m/x) to join our social media team in Berlin.

In this role, you will collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align our social media campaigns with overall business objectives.

The work modality is hybrid and you will report directly to the Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Share our best deals on Facebook and Instagram Stories daily, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to grow our audience and increase engagement on Instagram and Facebook, using a data-driven approach to constantly test and optimize results.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) monthly to inform the team of the success of our social media initiatives.

• Identify and build relationships with key influencers and community members, fostering a sense of community and loyalty among our users.
• Keep up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure Dealabs stays at the forefront of the social media landscape.
• Respond to user comments, questions, and feedback on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate and execute social media campaigns during special events, promotions, or partnerships.
• Assist with creating and curating high-quality visual content for social media platforms, adhering to the Dealabs brand identity.

Qualifications:

• You are a native French speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in social media management, community management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms, including their algorithms and best practices.
• Proven experience in growing social media reach and engagement.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and strong visual aesthetics.
• Time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Interest in or familiarity with the deals and discount industry is a plus.
